FOA EUROPEAN TOUR STOP IN ZURICH

Here are some photos from the Zurich premiere of Forum or Against'em. This event went down (by the time you read this) a few weeks ago, but who gets sick of a little chilling, partying, and fanning out - the stuff that follows any movie premiere, anywhere in the world.

FOA (FINAL) EUROPEAN TOUR STOP IN BARCELONA

There was a bus ride, some down time, a club, a premiere, autograph signings, drinks, dancing, partying, and an official end to the European Forum or Against'em Tour. That's it, "that's what it's all about".

FOA EUROPEAN TOUR STOP IN FRANCE

On the hot drive to France, the Forum Team was fortunate enough to take a break and, well, do a little wake surfing to cool down – as if the hangovers and jet lag of European movie premiere travel doesn't mess with your head. After getting out of the water, the usual premiere/party antics ensued. Aaaaggghhh yeah.

FOA EUROPEAN TOUR STOP AT MUNICH AND INNSBRUCK

The team awoke in Munich at Badeanstalt, a huge club that was converted from an in-ground swimming pool. With millions, potentially billions of people in attendance, things heated up quickly. Unfortunately, the old pool didn't help much in terms of a cool down for the sweaty maniacs in attendance.



With Innsbruck being Forum's European home front, it was no surprise that The Weekender Club was bound to go off. Forum or Against'em was shown on four separate levels of the party, so the team had a lot of ground to cover in one night. Needless to say, shit was handled. Is this a claim, or what?

FOA EUROPEAN TOUR STOP AT ANTWERP

Cafe Capital in Antwerp hosted the kick-off to the Forum or Against'em tour through Europe. With 500 people in attendance, the premiere and party kicked well through the late hours of the night with a product toss, BBQ, and dancing (you know how those Euros get). Things broke up at 3am and the team shipped off for their next stop in Munich.

JONI MALMI - 10 THINGS TO DO BEFORE NOON

Below are some things you might need to get done before noon rolls around...
That is, if you're Finnish. Or Joni Malmi. Or both.



1. Wake up...snooze...finally get up
2. Hit the gym
3. Come home and try to get my girlfriend up (unless she's at work)
4. Check e-mail
5. Get a coffee at the bakery
6. Read the newspaper
7. Think of the things I have to get done by the end of day
8. Crap & shower
9. Try to find clean, matching socks
10. Hopefully get out of the house

FORUM OR AGAINST'EM POST PRODUCTION SHOOT

Forum or Against'em was predominantly filmed in various snow-covered regions (like, duh), but a tiny bit of studio time is always mandatory, especially to add a little spice into the mix. And, what better place to find one of these studios than in the movie making capital known as Hollywood, California.

So yeah, the team came out for a few days to get some post-production work taken care of, and to "fan out" on all the various celebrities they didn't end up seeing. Have a gander at the photos taken on-set by Forum Staff Paparazzi.

JONI MALMI AND EDDIE WALL IN SOCAL

Ahhhh summertime... And what better place for a pro snowboarder to spend the off-season than the sunny beaches of Southern California. Forum team riders Eddie Wall and Joni Malmi have been soaking in tons of rays lately, but left the sandy beaches and salt water behind for a night to celebrate the birthday of their favorite (Forum) Team Manager. Here're a few shots from the evening's festivities.

FORUM ANNOUNCES “FORUM OR AGAINST’EM” VIDEO PROJECT

Forum Snowboards is proud to announce “Forum or Against’em”, a high-definition, full-color film starring the influential members of the Forum team.



Set to release in Fall 2008, Forum or Against’em will contain a compelling mixture of video imagery, documenting remarkable backcountry adventures, progressive urban exploits, and the notable times spent in-between.

Forum or Against'em will be Forum's fifth team-video release, upholding the progression of an acknowledged movie-making process that has made legacy releases so noteworthy – including The Resistance, True Life, Video Gangs, and That.

Forum or Against’em will feature the riding of Peter Line, Joni Malmi, Eddie Wall, John Jackson, Pat Moore, Jake Blauvelt, Stevie Bell, Travis Kennedy, Jake Welch, Nic Sauve, and Daniel Ek with production and editing by Jeremy Pettit, Nathan Yant, Kurt Heine, and Mike Bishop.
